Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I have my AC serviced in Amarillo?
We recommend scheduling AC maintenance at least once a year, ideally in the spring before the heavy summer heat arrives. Regular tune-ups help prevent breakdowns, improve efficiency, and extend the lifespan of your unit.
Why is my air conditioner running but not cooling the house?
This is a common issue that could be caused by several factors. You might have a dirty air filter, low refrigerant levels due to a leak, a frozen evaporator coil, or a failing compressor. Our technicians can diagnose the exact cause quickly.
How long does a central air conditioner usually last?
In the Texas Panhandle, a well-maintained central AC unit typically lasts between 10 and 15 years. If your system is over 10 years old and requiring frequent repairs, it might be more cost-effective to consider a replacement.
Do you offer 24-hour emergency AC repair?
Yes, we know how brutal Amarillo summers can be. We have technicians available 24/7 to handle emergency AC repairs for both residential and commercial customers. Just call 806-374-0407.
