Rooftop HVAC Unit Amarillo TX

For many retail stores, office buildings, and warehouses in Amarillo, the secret to year-round comfort is sitting right above your head.

What is a rooftop packaged unit? If you aren't familiar with the terminology, a rooftop unit (RTU) is exactly what it sounds like: a self-contained, all-in-one heating and cooling system installed on the roof of a commercial building. Unlike residential split systems where parts are indoors and outdoors, a packaged unit houses the evaporator coil, condenser, and compressor all in one weather-resistant cabinet. They connect directly to your building's ductwork to distribute conditioned air.

At Patrick Heating & Air, Inc., we specialize in servicing these complex systems. Whether you need an emergency repair to restore cooling during a summer heatwave, routine maintenance to protect your investment, or a complete replacement of an aging RTU, our experienced technicians deliver reliable, professional results.
